projectNADA temps voyage au Cambodge

We're not ashamed to admit that when we first got there, we were disappointed. It was hot, dusty, slow and kinda boring. Even after we got to Angkor Wat, we were feeling like we were standing next to a ball of fire - the sun. It was REALLY HOT. But when we got inside, shaded from the blinding heat, everything started to look so beautiful. I mean, we were actually touching a piece of history. As uninterested we were about the past, time seemed to have stopped here. You start to imagine the almighty that built this temple and the people that ushered through these halls hundreds of years ago. These were real craftsmen. Note to all you going to Siem Reap, Angkor Wat is must-must-must-promise-me-you'll-go see!

Angkor Thom is another must-see-must-go-to. In it, is a whole host of different temples. One if which, is Bayon Temple (the temple of a thousand Buddha faces). Around the same area, you can also be awed by Ta Keo, Ta Phrom (where Tomb Raider was filmed), Preah Khan and Neak Pean. We gave Banteay Srey a miss, but from what i heard, you shouldn't.
