Remember those days, when you'd have a craving for gourmet burgers, and there was only one place to go? Chilis? Well, personally, we both feel those days are over. Say hello to, The Daily Grind, your new gourmet burger joint in town. Luxuriant, succulent, tender 100% grounded meat patties; crispy on the outside, soft on the inside buns; thick and juicy fries; and delicious homemade chili sauce and ketchup. If this doesn't fix your burger cravings... nothing else will, trust us on this.

Since the agency went into pitch mode a couple of weeks back, it's no wonder that we were in the office a couple of hours to finish off some work and some unfinished business. Labour on Labour Day. Talk about ironic. It was going to be the usual late lunch, and today it was going to be at The Daily Grind. Ooooh, finally... my burger fix and Naz's meat fix! So, from the menu, i had the Japanese Yodel Burger and he had the Italian Mozzarella Burger. Both recipes came with the usual juicy medium cooked beef patty, hot toasted buns and side dishes of salad leaves and fries. Dish-wise, my Japanese Yodel Burger was more surprising and unique. The fondue sauce and crispy fried portobello mushrooms completed the recipe to make certain that my taste-buds would continue to savour the different flavours and textures in that one dish. Naz's Italian Mozzarella Burger however, was a more traditional affair. We debated for a second on who ordered the winning burger, but we both know who the clear winner was on that day. Nonetheless, we both left the diner feeling smug and satisfied and filled to the brim. This was not our first experience there, and we promise, it wont be our last.
